CUSTOM HOUSE PORTRAITS
Every home has a personality, a presence. And what better way to revere the home you live in, or the home that was once yours, than with a sweet line-drawn portrait! Custom house portraits are now available, drawn in a one-color line drawing in the style pictured.
Prices begin at $115 for a custom house portrait in an art print sized 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14. For an additional fee, portraits can also be delivered as a laser etched round wooden wall hanging, laser etched acrylic wall hanging (in clear/white or fluorescent), holiday ornament, framed art print, poster, t-shirt, glassware, tote bag, etc. The options are limitless! Just let me know what you’re interested in and I can give you a price quote accordingly.
House portraits can take 3-5 weeks for design time based on my current workload. Rush orders with a 1 week design turnaround (plus shipping time) can be arranged, starting at $200.
Customers must submit 2-5 photos of the home as reference photos, and in the style dictated below. I will communicate if I am not able to complete an illustration based on the photos provided.
1 - Straight on photo - These are best taken from across the street, so the entire house can be in the photo from a direct, straight-on angle. It’s okay if there are some trees, branches, or cars in front of it - this is to give me a structure for the house and scale.
2 - Up close photo - these are best taken from the sidewalk or curb, it is okay if they are angled up, this is to capture some of the smaller details of the home without any tree foliage or cars in front of them.
3 - Close ups - If there are specific details that are just super lovely, you are welcome to submit close up photos of these features.
4 - 5 - Extra photos straight on or from a favorite angle.
