Howdy! I'm Claire — a Richmond, Virginia-based illustrator specializing in hand lettering, precise line work, botanicals, and graphic design. I pour my irreverent sense of humor and love of place into my stationery and accessories; and I bring that same obsession for detail to my commercial work — from murals and window painting to signage and fabrication. Inspired by my New Mexico roots and a passion for nature's tiniest details, I'm here to keep it real and make you laugh from the unexpected. I was named after my great-aunt Billie Claire — a Wilhemina Claire who lived in LA and drove a pink Cadillac. She had great taste, and I'm just doing my best to make her proud.
